DT.Teeth — Dental Clinic Management System

A comprehensive multi-platform system for managing dental clinics — from patient records and appointments to warehouse inventory and lab management. Built with Flutter Web for administrators, a React dashboard for analytics, and Flutter Mobile for on-the-go access. Powered by a Laravel 11 REST backend with real-time Firebase Cloud Messaging.
